So far so good! I brought my enclave to them twice and each time they have made me and my time priority. The owner and his staff are very knowledgeable and are very friendly. I am so excited to have finally found a place that I know for a fact is NOT out for money and is truly about customer satisfaction! After 3 years in Savannah and multiple "SCREWY" shops. (cough,3 guys and a garage.. cough, vaden chevorlet, cough firestone) I think ive found a doctor for my vehicles!!

Great honest service. Took my 03 saab 9-3 in for water pump (not a cheap or easy job on that model) price was fair & took little longer than expected but I would definitely come back

I have taken my Audi TT, my Jetta TDI, and my Mini to them over the past 7 years. Dave and his people do excellent work, stand behind their work, and price their work fairly. They have solved complex problems the dealer could not fix. They are one of the best independent shops I have used around the country. I appreciate their honesty.

They are good, efficient and they do what they tell you they will do. Cliff Rumsey

These are Real old school mechanics that use their brains and experience instead of just diagnostic machines. Much appreciation.

A truly great repair shop. I called this shop in a panic because on a Friday afternoon (of a holiday weekend to make it worse) our Mini Cooper battery died. My husband and I were on our way from Florida to South Carolina for vacation and could not find a Mini Cooper dealership anywhere near us. We called this shop and explained to Mr. Haberman our problem. Even though it was a holiday weekend and he had originally planned to close the shop early, he told us to come on by. We rolled into the shop an hour later after being jumped off and he had a new battery waiting for us. All of the employees at the shop were friendly and efficient. Mr. Haberman saved our vacation! I would recommend this business to anyone. If I lived in the Savannah area, this would be the only repair shop that I would ever use. They are awesome!

Do not take your vehicle to this place!!!! I took my 1998 Range rover to get the suspension done on it. They had it for almost a month and never called to tell me a thing!!! I had to call them a number of times to ask what was going on with it, and they kept giving me the run around!! Finaly i called and they told me the engine was gone on it. Come to find out my engine was fine, and they just wanted to get me for my parts!!! I will never use this place again!!!:-(

Dear Mrs Washington, I am sorry we could not help you to your satisfaction. You actually left your vehicle for 93 days. The quote was given to you for the suspension repairs you declined repairs. # weeks later you wanted me to diagnose the no start issue. I am sorry a vehicle with 187,000 miles and no compression in one cylinder needs to have the engine replaced. We at Two Nuts and a Bolt cannot choose which customers tow their vehicles in after hours. I assure you we are the best Land Rover shop in the area. Not all People are best suited to be Land Rover Owners I guess. These are great cars just horrible expensive to maintain. If I can help you in the future pleae feel free to contact us. Thank you, Dave haberman

The customer service is questionable at best. They will not follow-up even after they have given you a completion time. On one occasion, I was told my vehicle would be done in 2 weeks and when I called in 2 weeks the receptionist told me the repairman(owner) would return my call, I am still waiting. This has been the worst experience, I've ever had with an Auto Repair Shop. It's one thing to run into issues, but to not communicate with the customer is definitely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Mr. B I don't have a clue who you are. I think you are commenting on a 2004 PT Cruiser that was towed in from another garage in boxes. This vehicle was towed to my shop December of 2013. This car was abandoned and title paperwork was filed. after 3 months. I cannot control what vehicles are dropped off after hours at my shop.storage fees were assessed and abandoned tile was issued. Please contact me to discuss this problem. Thank You Dave haberman
