I'm planning on coming back to this establishment for sure! I have been getting my car serviced at Hyundai on Abercorn (now owned by Peacock) since I purchased my car in 2011. The last time I went there was because my AC was only blowing cold on the passenger side. My husband and I were told in order to fix the issue we would have to pay over $800 because the mechanic would have to open up the dash in order to fix the part. (Blend door) After peacock Hyundai said that they recharged the system, added free-on and did other diagnostic tests we had to pay $200 even though the problem was not fixed, that's when we were quoted $800 for the rest. We decided to go to Two Nuts and a Bolt to see if we could get another opinion on the matter. TWO NUTS AND A BOLT FIXED THE PROBLEM IN MINUTES! Not only was it JUST the free-on and recharge that needed to be done, they didn't even charge me because they felt bad that the dealership was trying to get me to pay for a diagnostic test when the problem wasn't even diagnosed! As stated earlier, I will be going to this shop from now on! Thank you guys so much!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Do not go to this place, they are crooks. They have had my car for 3 months, will not return phone calls, won't even answer the phone, had to get my adjuster involved and now the police are involved. They have stolen my car. I would seek any other garage but this one. Total thieves. Edited to add: if you review the reply from the owner of this shop, you can see how they have passed the blame and do not address the complete lack of communication and ridiculous amount of time that has passed. Obviously I am not the only one who has experienced this if you see the other reviews. The fact that the insurance adjuster has to be involved as well as the authorities should tell you all you need to know. If additional replies are posted here, I will continue to provide the details of my experience.

The Mini Cooper was towed in from another shop no start, no crank. The wrecker service that towed car here broke the shifter assembly I fixed vehicle and got it running. Customer picks it up stating radio didn't work.He stated Best buy screwed up radio. Main complaint would not crank. Replaced multiple control modules that had water damage. Now customer states insurance is involved 30 days after repair. Customer is upset and I understand. This would have been much simpler if customer would have been truthful and up front about repair. Update insurance had no idea of any other issues either.

Great customer service!! We just moved to GA from CT and our check engine light came on during our drive down here. We stopped by the shop and Dave agreed to check out the truck. He checked the code for the light, added Freon, and replaced a small rubber hose for free. Excellent service.....we will be back for our repair needs°

Dave and crew were fast, reliable, and very knowledgeable about my Mini Cooper. In and out in just over 24 hours. Car drives like new again!

I brought my wife's 1996 Mustang to the Ford dealership because it had been in storage for several years while we were stationed overseas, and it needed some love. Ford said I needed thousands of dollars in repairs (e.g. complete brake job, etc..) Instead, I brought it to Dave at Two Nuts and a Bolt for a second opinion. Dave diagnosed similar problems, but charged me much less. It took a little while, but they fixed the old car good as new. They also were able to repair the A/C, which had a tricky electrical problem. Bottom line, these guys are good, honest mechanics. Don't believe the negative comments. Talk to Dave and he will make things right for your vehicle.

Went in for an oil change and some advice. Great guys who were happy to talk about "stuff". Addressed all my concerns and offered good advice/solutions for a couple of small issues.

Thank-you for the great review!!
