Having a Mini Cooper is great but finding someone to work on it is difficult! These guys are the best! They are always willing to go the extra mile and the work is guaranteed! We live in SC but our child is local with their Mini Cooper! All we have to do is call them and our worries are over! Thanks for always being so dependable!

Last time I took my Volkwagen Golf in, they somehow managed to break my reverse cam, the trunk handle and latch, rear windshield wiper, and several other minor features and functions. This is costing me thousands in repairs now. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend going here.

Car sent for check engine light, received call and advised to take car to mini dealership while under warranty and stated written instructions will be provided. No written instructions found, returned to shop for advice and unable to receive any help from employees present. Dealership was unable to identify issue after keeping the car for a week since alert was turned off. Car is now just out of timeframe for warranty and shop unable to locate any documentation for assistance after multiple calls.

The shop was very informative and professional from dropping the vehicle off to picking it up. Great customer service and mechanical knowledge experts. Highly Recommend James S.
