They might be great mechanics, but they have no communication skills. They'll tell you to come back on a specific date, and when you do, they'll tell you that they can't fit you in anymore and that they didn't order the part yet. They may tell you they'll make the part, but then that won't happen either, and they'll act like it was completely unreasonable that they thought they should honor the appointment they set up. They can't even keep keys in an orderly fashion. They literally just pile them all on the desk with no organizational system at all. I've never seen an organization more in need of an office manager. Don't go to them unless you don't actually need your car, as they don't seem to think that your time is valuable or that they should meet the deadlines they establish. RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY: That's all well and good, but none of that was communicated. If you don't tell customers accurately and honestly what's going on, how do you expect them to continue to do business with you? Would you trust a contractor who kept coming up with reasons why he wasn't showing up to do the work already paid for, but only telling you AFTER he was missing scheduled appointment after appointment?
The part for this vehicle is backordered without a date for delivery. As soon as I get the part the vehicle will be repaired in a timely fashion
