As a VW owner, I'm constantly needing repairs and work done on my car, and as a woman, it can be incredibly intimidating and stressful navigating that process and finding a genuine auto shop that's honest, helpful and not out to take advantage. Each time that I've brought my car in, the team at Two Nuts and a Bolt have gone above and beyond to help me out, saving me money on more than one occasion. These guys are trustworthy and fair and do quality work within tight turnaround times. Would highly recommend!

Probably the best auto mechanics in Savannah! Fixed my electrical problem in an hour. Other mechanic I hired couldn't figure it out.

I gave five stars for their willingness to stop what they were doing and take time to do a diagnostic on my Jeep when I pulled in. When you have as many "service" and "warning" lights as I had on my dash, it was very comforting to get some answers sooner, rather than later. But even more impressive was the honest approach to the issue I was having. I had spent hours researching possibilities for my car troubles and per usual with today's vehicles, the solutions ranged from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand. He suggested the most likely (and least expensive) rout and then called the Jeep dealership for the part and said it would be waiting for me. He also said it was an easy process to replace the old unit and I could do that myself, saving any labor cost. I even got his discount at the dealership. Oh, and he didn't even charge me for the diagnostic! All in all, I figure I saved a few hundred dollars over what the dealership was charging for diagnostic and part; let alone labor! For those of us who know very little about vehicle repair, and frankly expected to pay for my lack of knowledge, it's a joy to know honesty is alive and well with the guys at Two Nuts and a Bolt! I found my new go-to shop for everything automotive. Thanks Dave and crew!

I had a slight incident with my 2015 VW Gulf TDI on a Thursday, two week before thanksgiving, while vacationing in Tybee Island. The Saturday before Thanksgiving (10 days later), warning lights began flashing on my dash (airbag/transmission) and all the electronics on my steering wheel failed (radio, horn, infostation, cruise controls, etc). This was unsettling to say the least not to mention that I was also scheduled to travel back to Ohio that Wednesday (a 12 hour ride). So on Sunday, I decided to try to find someone who might be able to get me in and look at the car. I "googled" VW repairs and found "2 Nuts and a Bolt." I read their reviews and was impressed. Unfortunately, they were closed on Sunday so I emailed them hoping they would see the email Monday morning. To my surprise, Dave answered my email Sunday afternoon and told me to bring it in the next day @ 10 am. I left the car with them. By Monday afternoon they called me back and said the car looked good (had it on the lift and drove it around) and thought it was just a circuit board that needed replacing (but only VW dealer had the diagnostics for that). They felt confident my drive to Ohio would be OK. And they were correct ....... the ride was uneventful and I scheduled an appointment with VW. I'm writing because of what I feel was unbelievable service on such a short notice. I haven't seen that in quite a while. These guys are OK in my book!

An other aspect is the promptness, the clear explanations of what needs to be done. . I have this garage for the rest of my life with total peace of mind!
