- To give the best customer service possible and, in the case of any disputes, to provide a prompt and amicable resolution.
- To ensure that my entire staff conducts themselves in a professional manner and in keeping with the high standards of the automotive industry.
- To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.

Nathaniel Jablecki, 10/01/2025Our check engine light came on while getting ready to leave Tybee Island for vacation, with our dogs! One call to Two Nuts and a Bolt and they took a look at our Mini countryman almost immediately. Thankfully it was a minor issue that allowed us to drive home and did not require immediate attention. They would not accept any money offered, so I can only provide this review and our sincere gratitude. Having peace of mind on a 5+ hour drive was the only way we did not lose our minds!
