After being told by the VW dealership that I had essentially “totaled” my car and would need to pay over $5,000 in repairs, I brought my 2015 VW Jetta TDI SE here for a second opinion. I am so grateful I did. The team at Two Nuts and a Bolt reassured me, explained the actual issue clearly, and got to work without any scare tactics or condescension. They were able to flush and clean the AdBlue system for $500 (I accidentally poured coolant into the wrong tank), and my car is running perfectly. They saved me thousands of dollars, but more importantly, they showed honesty, competence, and professionalism; qualities that are sometimes hard to find in auto repair shops. From now on, this is the only place I’ll be bringing my VW car in Savannah. If you want mechanics who genuinely know what they’re doing and treat you with respect, this is the shop.
